Shipping is FOB Missoula, Montana. All items are shipped UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Please allow 1-6 working days for delivery once item has shipped. Insurance is included in the shipping price. We will not ship by US Postal Service under any circumstances. They are too unreliable and your time and money is too valuable. Although we will do everything we can to ensure a timely delivery, Western Wall Tents makes no guarantees that packages will be delivered on time.
Returns are allowed within 30 days for an exchange of a similar item or for repairs, and only due to faulty material or workmanship. Western Wall Tents will determine whether the item should be repaired or exchanged. Exchanges are not allowed for damages due to normal wear and/or abuse or neglect.
